For 2 Wednesdays in August, my friend Steven Hirsh, founder of the Athena School of Arms, will be teaching a military saber intensive class on the teachings of Charles Roworth. 

Steven Hirsh and I founded Kunstbruder together in 2006, a HEMA school focused on the Longsword. Later, around the time I split off to form Swords of Chivalry, he decided that he was more interested in later period sword-fighting and began to focus on Napoleonic era broadsword and saber combat. Now, he regularly skewers me when we fence with sabers so I thought he would be a great person to teach this intensive class on Roworth's saber. 

Each of the two lessons in this intensive class will be 2 hours long.
